Great, would recommend to others
Staff contacted for a room change to a similar room within the same building as booked room had Aircond problems. Good assistance from the staff during check in and check out. The property is 250 m from the Orchard MRT and lots of shopping malls. Great house with all the basic amenities like towels and detergent. All ACs working properly.
One of the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke which unfortunately was not good as it was the room I stayed with my toddler.

Bathrooms were 1950 style so outdated 2nd bedroom didnt hve a mirror no where to hang clothes no drawers. We had a couple with us from Canada and they were disappointed to.

Uncomfortable, the house is maintained poorly and dirty. Will not stay again even with lower price.
Location.
In general looks tired and poorly managed, the house is very dirty, towels worn out. Not value for money. The house is only used a number chain for locking, not acceptable & unsafe.

Best location!
Best location! MRT station only 3minutes away, so many shopping malls within walking distance, and there’s 7/11 downstair (on street level). Recommended to accomodate family or group of friends..enough beds for us. We love our stay here.
Washing machine can’t work properly.
